DRUMS- There are 3 different DRAWWORKS DRUMS that the rig can have.

The WIDE BARREL DESIGN reduces line interference when operating double fast line.

The exclusive SPOOL DRUM DESIGN reduces drum shaft flex and weight while increasing total strength.

The TUBING DRUM has LEBUS grooving with turn back and kick plates to reduce line wear and assist in spooling.

BRAKE SYSTEM- Has a HARDENED STEEL ONE-PIECE BRAKE FLANGES and BRAKE BANDS

DRUM CLUTCH- A PANCAKE STYLE AIR CLUTCH

POWER DRIVE- THE FF600 RIGHT ANGLE BOX utilizes a commercially manufactured gear assembly or “third member”. There is also a POWER DRIVE PACKAGE that is rated for a maximum input

LUBRICATION- SINGLE-POINT DRUM bearing lubrication with lubrication return lines ensures complete lubrication of main drum bearings.

LUBRICATION POINTS are conveniently located outside the drawworks frame for ease of maintenance.

AUXILIARY HOIST- HYDRAULIC “WORM GEAR” STYLE HOIST

A TELESCOPING DERRICK with open face derrick design, manufactured to API 4-F specifications.

THE OPEN FACE DESIGN utilizes a structural design, which allows for maximum block clearance.

DERRICK INCLUDES a ladder from rig floor to crown and a block cradle.

BASE SECTION- H STYLE BASE SECTION

LOWER SECTION & UPPER SECTION- Rectangular Tubing Main Legs.

CROWN BLOCK- set up for a 4, 6, or 8 line string-up.

TUBING BOARD AND ROD BASKET- TUBING BOARD deploys after the derrick is extended and includes adjustable fingers for end racking of tubing. The ROD BASKET is automatically deployed. Please note if using fiberglass rods.

DERRICK RAISING SYSTEM- THE DERRICK utilizes two, 3-stage, double acting raising rams and a single, single-stage scooping cylinder.

THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM incorporates a safety choke system to prevent pressure loss to telescoping or raising cylinders due to a hydraulic line rupture or damage.

DEADLINE ANCHOR is designed and manufactured in accordance with API specifications and rated for a 50,000-lbs. maximum deadline load.

REMOTE SHIFTING is provided from the operators console and cab.

Our rig design allows for the removal of engine, transmission, or transfer case independently.

TRANSFER CASE- GEAR DRIVEN TRANSFER CASE. Transfer case distributes power to drawworks and carrier. Includes air activated disconnects for selection of road / winch gear.

One (1) ENGINE DRIVEN 16.5-CFM COMPRESSOR pressurizing a 5-tank air system plumbed in accordance with applicable DOT regulations and requirements.

CHECK VALVES prevent accidental air pressure loss from system due to single line failure.

MAIN AIRS LINES are plumbed with OEM style steel airlines and compression fittings rather than threaded pipe.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM- Consisting of 100-amp alternator and two 120 series batteries

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM- System provides 2,500 psi in working pressure for all rig hydraulics and accessory drives. The system has a bypass to tank while not in use.

TONG CIRCUIT- NOTE: Tongs are not included as standard equipment.

This is a heavy-duty 5-axle oilfield carrier with two front steering axles, three rear-driving axles.
LOCATION OF AXLES specially engineered to correctly distribute weight in proportion to front and rear axles.

CAB- Single person cab set up for left-hand drive. The cab is equipped with all the necessary functions  that the operator needs to operate the rig

RIG LEVELING SYSTEM- RIG LEVELING is done with (4) hydraulic leveling jacks with locks.A LEVELING GAUGE is provided to assure the rig is accurately level.

PAINT & PREPARATION- Will have the highest quality of primer and paint on the rig.

OTHER EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS- Elevator Links, Hydraulic Power Rod tongs, Cavins C Air Tubing Spider w/Slips, Center Latch Tubing Elevators, Rod Hook, Rod Elevators and transfers, Single Oil Saver with Hydraulic Hand Pump, Double E Rod Strippers, Rod Wrenches, Safety harness, Pad Weight Indicator, & Hand Tools.

TRAVELING BLOCK- Traveling block with fixed rotating hook that is set up for 6 line string. API Certified

WIRE LINE- Wire line package consisting of sand line and tubing line. All guides lines Included in package, are not covered in carrier warranty.
