SERVICE CONDITIONS:

Our offered Rig Cardwell KB-200C is a workover /service rig
and capable to service the oil/gas/ injection/effluent disposal wells
etc. up to 2500 mtr. depth with tubing inside 5” and 9 5/8” casing
commensurate with static hook load capacity of the rig. The rig can
perform the service job like Artificial Lifting, Cleaning of well bore,
Gravel Packing, Zone Transfer etc. but not limited to up to the load
limit of the rig. The rig will be self propelled having the Gross nominal
hook load capacity of 50 ton and manufactured as per international
standards applicable in the oilfield Industry.

WORKOVER SERVICE RIG:

Rig is self propelled service rig, having the hook load capacity of 50 ton
and capable to service the well inside 5” and 9 5/8” casing up to its hook
load capacity. The rig is powered by Detroit diesel engines of 263 HP
rating and equipped with 96-180,000 lbs. gross nominal capacity masts,
mounted on Cardwell B-140 Chassis and the rig can withstand
instantaneous load of 20% extra pull for a short/limited duration
of operation.

MAST:

Mast model 96-180 hydraulically operated masts having a clear height
of 96’ from the ground level. Rated Static hook load capacity of the mast
is 180,000 lbs. The masts are designed and tested as per latest international
standard and complete with all respect to carry out planned well service job.

DERRICK ENGINE::

The rig is powered by Detroit Diesel make, Model 6V-71 diesel engine having
263 HP with suitable transmission system for smooth flow of power to the
hoisting system as well as road transmission.

DRAW WORKS:

Cardwell make, Model KB-200C Draw Work.

Input HP rating 300 HP. Nominal depth rating 3000 mts. with tubing, fitted
with compatible mechanical brake system.

Draw works having 4 forward and one reverse speed.

Draw works drum having main drum Lebus Groove for 7/8” line.

Main drum brake having maximum wrap around feature energizing type brake.

Crown-o-matic protection device to protect the Crown.

HOOK AND TACKLE SYSTEM:

MacKissik make, Three sheaves of 20.5” dia. Traveling Blocks, Rated suspended
load capacity of the hook and tackle system is more than 50 tons with suitable link .

WORKING PLATFORM:

Best engineering designed, well supported, 8’ x 10’ working platform Completed
with safety railing, working floor etc. with safe working of BOP, X-mass tree and
well head.

MUD SYSTEM:

PUMP:

Gardner Denver make, model “TGE” or equivalent Triplex plunger / piston Slush
Pump rated at 165 HP unitized to a Detroit make, model 6-71 diesel engine or
equivalent through suitable gear box, mounted on steel oil field skid and units
include Safety Valve, 2” x 5000 PSI WP, Discharge Manifold, Mud Gauge, Bleed
Valve and 5000 PSI Pressure gauge etc. The performance chart of the pump is enclosed.

DISCHARGE SYSTEM:

Best engineering design, Discharge Manifold having 4 valves cross system capable to
handle service jobs and having working pressure of 350 kg/cm2.

WELL CONTROL EQUIPMENT:

CAMERON make, type “U”/“SS” or equivalent make 7 1/16” X 5000 PSI WP Double
Ram hydraulically operated Blow Out `Preventor.

BOP having the following Rams:

7 1/16” CSS Blind Ram

7 1/16” X 3 ½” Pipe Ram

7 1/16” X 2 7/8” Pipe Ram

7 1/16” X 2 3/8” Pipe Rams

Adapter Spool

Adapter/double standard adapter Flange to accommodate BOP on well head.

6” GOST Russian - 7 1/16” X 5M WP

9” API X 3M WP - 7 1/16” X 5M WP

Test Plug as per API RP-53

One no. test plug to test BOP and well head up to the specified limit with accessories.

BOP CONTROL UNIT

One no. “Koomey” / “SARA Services” or equivalent make 2/3 bottle, 2 station control
unit capable to operate the BOP with suitable pneumatic pump/diesel engine driven
pump in each rig having adequate working pressure.

SUCKER ROD BOP

Sucker Rod BOP with suitable ram to handle sucker rod of size ½” to 1 ¼” with necessary
change over flanges and rams.

Halliburton make Plug valve of 2” with necessary connections for 2 3/8”, 2 7/8” and 3 ½”
NU/EUE tubings and quick shut off valve for 2 7/8” and 3 ½” NU/EUE Tubulars.

TUBING TONGS:

Manual Tubing tongs snap on type with suitable jaws to handle the tubulars of size 2 3/8”
EUE, 2 7/8” NU/EUE and 3 ½”NU tubings.

TUBING ELEVATORS:

BJ/JOY/OIL COUNTRY or equivalent make, type “TA” or equivalent center latch/ side door
elevator of 65 tons capacity to handle,

2 3/8” “NU” and “EUE” tubing

2 7/8” “NU” and “EUE” tubing

3 ½” “NU” and EUE tubing.

TUBING SPIDER:

Manually operated lever type, 360⁰inserts and removable gate type tubing spider of dead
load capacity 50 Tons to handle 2 3/8”, 2 7/8” and 3 ½” tubing.

Tubing wiper for sizes 2 3/8”, 2 7/8” & 3 ½” tubing.

SUCKER RODS / POLISHED ROD HANDLING TOOLS:

Solid body, Rear Latch and heavy duty sucker road elevator Model “RES” or equivalent to
handle ½”, 5/8”, ¾”, 7/8”, 1”, 1 1/8”, 1 ¼” and 1 ½” sucker rod.

Snap on type sucker rod tongs to handle above sucker rod.

CROSS OVER SUBS:

The rigs will be equipped with adequate no. of Cross over to handle the bottom hole assembly
of our tools with 2 7/8”, 3 ½” and 2 3/8” tubing.

WEIGHT INDICATOR/INSTRUMENTATION:

MARTIN DECKER/TOTCO/SWAB TINKER SHOP INC./ ATLAS or equivalent make, Deflection, Dead
end and Pad type weight indicator with load sensor, anchor screw and Dial Gauge to register
the load up to 75 tons.

Heavy duty MD/TOTCO or equivalent make Type “F” Pressure Gauge for mud pump, 0-5000 PSI.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT / FIRE FIGHTING:

We will provide 1 (one) lot of Fire Fighting and Safety Equipment as required for oil/gas well
service operation and as specified by the API Drilling and Production Safety Code and also
Oil Mines Regulation of India.

. The Fire Fighting / Safety equipment usually includes the following;

10 Kg. DCP fire extinguisher – 10 nos.

6.8 Kg Co2 type fire extinguisher - 1 no.

sand buckets (9 lts.) - 4 nos.

Shovel – 2 nos.

fire bell - 1 no.

Lighting System: 1 lot of Exploration / General suitable for Mast, Floor Area/ Carrier Bench,
working place, Bunk House, Plinth and other important areas, as per OMR, 1984.

Crown-o-matic and other safety devices as per statutory requirement.

Sniffer type gas detector with tube, Derrickman safety belts, First aid box, stretchers DGMS approved.

CHICKSON AND RUBBER HOSE:

Chickson 2” x 5000 PSI WP, with swivel joint and WECO Fig. 602 union, 12’ long – 4 nos., 6’ long – 2 no

2” x 3000 PSI WP, “R-2”, Rubber Hose with WECO Fig- 602 union end connection, 10 mts. Long.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS:

1 no. Welding transformer powered by rig electricity along with suitable length of cables, holders
etc. in each rig. 1 no. complete set of oxy-acetylene cutting equipment and cutting apparatus.

Rig warehouse and workshop: 1 no. suitable rig ware house for rigs tools and equipment and a small
workshop

Pipe Laying and Racking arrangement: Conventional Pipe Laying arrangement. Suitable for low duty
service rig capable to handle tubulars - 1 lot.

Celler Pump: 1 no. Electric motor driven or pneumatic operated Celler pump injector with suction and
discharge hose.

Necessary transport equipment for movement of rig from one location to another.

Circulating head: Circulating head for 2 7/8”, 2 3/8” and 3 ½” tubing with necessary change over subs - 1 no.

Pup joint of 2 7/8” EUE, 6.5 PPF, N-80 and 3 1/2” NUE/EUE, 9.4 Thickness, N-80, of different size.
