Statement of Condition/Appearance

Single Drum Rig inspected July 20,2001 while stacked in Greg County Texas  

Drilling Unit

197x     Spencer-Harris 5000 Trailer mounted Torcair single Drum Drilling Unit

Lebus Grooved f/1-1/8” drill line. 

Wilson Make-up & Breakout air controlled Catheads, all Air Operated Controls, and Wilson 15” Water Cooler Brakes, 

(2) Detroit 671 Diesel Engines connected to an Allison Twin disk OH6058. Each is equipped with Electric starter, radiator and gauges.   

Engines are set with tandem controls allowing the use of one starter to run two motors or a running engine to start the partner engine. Ideal for quick recovery solving foul fuel engine failures.

This is a 197x Spencer-Harris 97H Telescoping Mast, s/n xxx, 220,000# Static Hook load. Hydraulically Raised ram and Cable scoped. 

4 Sheave Crown Block, Racking Board Standpipe. 

Hydraulic pump, 

Brewster 17 ˝” x 44” Rotary Table mounted in the center of a 16’W x 17’ L floor w/Split master bushing. All mounted on Spencer Harris 3-axile Trailer.

Ingersoll Rand air compressor, Folding walkways, stairs, and safety rails, 10.00Rx20 Tires on Budd wheels  

Substructure

 9H x 9W x 23L Box Type Substructure w/ rotary beams, V-Door Ramp, Stairs Rails, Back on Ramp.  

Pump

 National G-700 Duplex Mud Pumps, 700hp, Forged steel fluid end w/ quick Change Valve and Cylinder head Caps, Pump Pals Pulsation Dampener. DEMCO 2” shear relief valve, Suction Screen, Drive Assembly, Master skidded w/Cummins v12.  

Pump Power

 Cummins V12 Diesel Engine equipped with Air Starter, Radiator, gauges and air clutch.

 Two skid mounted Rig Houses included one crew with lockers, bench storage and cabinets in substructure. Second sits on top of first w/knowledge box, parts bins florescent lights.
