Scope :

Skid mounted non-fired nitrogen pumping unit 60,000 scfh at 10,000 psi. Designed for onshore or offshore operation.

This unit is field run and will be refurbished according to the following specifications:

Vaporizing System:

Patented heat exchanger system utilizing ambient air assisted heat exchanger to vaporize liquid nitrogen and heat from engine coolant, exhaust gas, and hydraulic system.

Stainless steel / aluminum panel console provides all gauges / controls for ease of operation.

Cryogenic Piping:

Stainless steel low pressure piping with globe brass valves. Stainless steel high pressure piping with valve and fittings. inlet and outlet tank connections are cga 1 1/2" brass fittings. High pressure n2 discharge connection is 1" 1502 Weco union.

Skid and frame :

Base skid will be constructed of 8" x x 6" rectangular beam main runners with channel cross members. forklift tubes fabricated from 10" x 6" x .250" rectangular tubing fitted into the main runners and seal welded on both sides of each tube. Approximate spacing center to center of tubes shall be 65"
