Uses Horizontal Triplex Single-Acting
Plunger GARDNER DENVER PAH TM and consists of a fluid end and power end.
These pumps are characterized by their compactness, lightweight,
high efficiency and ease of maintenance. The power end has a welded
housing made of alloy steel plates. The fluid end is made of alloy
steel. The pump is equipped with hard surface plungers and is
recommended for pumping cement, acid, water, drilling fluids and
other fluids.
The Gardner Denver PAH Triplex Pump is equipped as follows:
Non-autofrettaged alloy steel fluid cylinder
Hi-Performance packing assemblies w/ peak adapter and wiper rings
Packing nuts w/ wiper seal groove to trap plunger lube more
effectively
GD premium wing guided valves with urethane inserts and seats
2” 1502F (RH side) x blank (LH side) discharge flanges
4” suction manifold w/ Victaulic groove connections each end w/o
valve lifters
Diesel Fuel Tank
1 Each Diesel fuel tank with necessary piping/valves to engine (350
gallon).
1 Each Plunger lubrication system with lube oil reservoir, piping
and check valves.
Discharge piping from both sides of fluid end with pressure gauge
Barrel counter system

All mounted on heavy duly steel three runner oilfield type skid with
loading hitches both ends, headache rack (radiator guard) and
diamond floor plating – Completely assembled, tested and painted one
color industrial enamel.
