MAST
Al Hicks derrick 20’ W x 142’ H (unused) consisting of Al Hicks on floor cantilever drilling mast 142’ clear height by 21’ base with an equivalent API gross nominal capacity of 1.2 million lbs and a static hook load capacity of 834,500 lbs on 12 lines.
Crown block with flat face of traveling block facing derrick man with 6 x 48” diameter cluster sheaves and 1 x 60” diameter fast line sheave, all with tapered rollers.
Crown cluster is skewed to reduce twisting of the traveling blocks at the racking board elevation.
Racking board capacity of 200 stands of 42’ drill pipe equals 19,200’ feet and 13 stands of drill collar equals 1,248’ feet for a total depth capacity of 20,448 feet.
One Catline with sheave unit 14” diameter bronze busing sheave grooved for 5/8” wire line and swivel mount.

SUBSTRUCTURE
1 x Al Hicks 24’W x 26’H x 43’L box-on-box substructure with 24’W x 16’H x 21’L step-down engine and compound, step landings, three sets of new stairs, five sets newly refurbished safety rails.
Substructure and rotary beam capacity 800,000 lbs with API 4E certification.
New flooring for the substructure and engine skids. Floor consists of 3” checkered plate welded to top of substructure boxes and removable flooring between the boxes with 3/8” checkered plate from the front of draw works forward and 3” checkered plate elsewhere.
Pipe racking floor with API 4-E certification of 400,000 lbs.
Deadline is located on off driller’s side second sub from the ground.
26’ Rotary beams.
V Door catwalk.
One set of 2 tong counter weight bucket guide wire lines and ton block.
Jacking pads installed on the back legs.
New top dog house for rig floor.
Miscellaneous includes: one block stand 11’ H x 20’ L, one drill line spool, one 29 ft. headache rack and miscellaneous hand tools, three new first aid kits, eye wash units and eight fire extinguishers.
API certifications with plates.

DRAWWORKS
Rebuilt B.D.W. 1350-M single drum draw works Lebus grooved for 1-3/8” drill line, Western catheads, drillers console controls, Parmac 481 single Hydromatic water brake.
New chains from compound to draw works.

POWER GENERATION
Three rebuilt CAT 399 engines mounted on compound skids powering three rebuilt C-300-100 National torque converters.

Two new 25’ x 20’ air volume tanks mounted driller’s side in sub-structure.
Generator house 12’W x 10’H x 40’L with:
Two new Caterpillar 3406 turbocharged diesel engines powering 375 KW generator sets. New wiring, breakers and plugs. Generators can be run parallel at 750 KW.
TIW valve with 5000 Psi working pressure.
New Kelly hose 10,000 Psi test and 5000 psi working pressure, 4” O. D. and 31/2” I. D. X 65’ long.
Three new radiators.
New oiler pumps in compound.

MUD SYSTEM
Rebuilt Superior RC-1500 three section compound, double pedestal pump drive, starter boxes, each section with crimped steel sides 8’ W x 34’ L, engine skid covers.
New 10,000 psi kill line valve.
New 10,000 psi bleed off valve.
New pump pressure gauge and sensor.
New pump pressure sending unit.
One oil lubEster with four compartments 6-1/2’ W x 12’ L X 3’ H.
New / Rebuilt 1500 BBL Mud system.
One F-B-1300 EMSCO mud pump with rebuilt gear end.
One F-A-1300 EMSCO mud pump with rebuilt gear end.
Each mud pump is charged with rebuilt 75 hp. explosion proof motors powering new 6” X 8” Magnum pumps.
Each mud pump is powered by compound drive. Can convert mud pumps to direct drive. Magnum pumps can charge the 1300 hp Triplex mud pumps in the event a charge pump on a triplex pump were to malfunction.
Suction tank 10’W x 55’L x 8’H, volume 500 barrels.
Mud mixing skid containing two mud mixing hoppers complete with two rebuilt 75 hp. motors powering two 6” x 8” Magnum pumps.
Suction tank has four lights including new wiring and explosion proof boxes.
Three 5 hp. mud mixing agitators installed in suction pit.
Three cellar jets installed in suction tank cellars. Jets can suck mud from suction tank for haul off. Middle mud tank 10’ W x 48’ L X 8’ H volume 500 barrels.

WIRELINE
One rebuilt Mathey Wireline Unit with counter complete with 15 HP 230 V/FR/254 electric motor with foot recorder.
One set of raising lines.
Bearings grooved for 1 x 3/8” diameter wire line.

CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTATION
New/rebuilt Drillers Console One Totco Amodel 75@ with weight indicator for 10 lines 750,000 lb (12 lines rated at 850,000 lbs. avail.).
Spectrum 1000 including hook load chart, bit weight, flow return percentage, total pump strokes, total active volume, tank active volume, tank gain/loss, trip tank volume, kill line pressure, stand pipe pressure, rate of penetration, rotary torque, tong torque and hold depth.
New Totco RPM gauge 0-300 ft/lb.
New Pump SPM 0-200. Rebuilt Wagner Tong Line Torque 0 B 20000.

Rebuilt Super Choke Operation Station with standpipe pressure gauge, manifold gauge, Choke Control, Pump Stroke Indicator, Fast/Slow Choke Control.

HANDLING TOOLS
Certified rig handling tools include two pair Foley tongs 9 N 53 complete with tong heads 52 to 6-3/42, one set 4 2” and one set 5” Dencon drill pipe slips, 15 Dencon elevators, 1 drill collar clamp Varco or equivalent adjustable up to 9-1/2”.
Five each 2 10,000 psi test chicksan steel hose.
One new Hydrashear drill line cutter.
