Pipeline Pump Skid (291.7 GPM @ 2685 Ft @ 4050 RPM)
This Falcon© Pump Unit is designed for continuous operation twenty-four
hours a day, 7 days a week. It will move 291.7 GPM @ 2685 Ft @ 4050 RPM
@ 1500 PSI. The Falcon© Pipeline Pump Skid will move production
effortlessly into a pipeline.
PUMP
Bingham 3x4x8 ¼ A-MSD, 8 stage steel case, Chrome or Bronze impellers,
mechanical seals, seal flush piping.
ENGINE
Detroit 8V-92 TAB Diesel Engine, rebuilt and rated 321 HP @ 1800 RPM,
electric start, radiator cooled, complete with exhaust system, PTO,
batteries, control/safety shutdown panel as your description
SPEED INCREASING GEAR
Lufkin S105A rated 340 HP with a ratio of 2.24:1, parallel shaft,
herringbone gearing, precision roller bearings, oil cooler and complete
lube system. (Option for a Wesern Gearbox pending final selection.)
COUPLINGS
Low Speed Shaft – Woods Sure – Flex Hytrel sleeve torsionally soft High
Speed Shaft – Metastream Model TSAS flexible disc spacer type
Safety shutdown panel with manual start and stop buttons of electric
starter, oil pressure timer, On / Off power switch. Control panel is
NEMA 1 enclosure with 24 VDS with low suction pressure and vibration
gear and pump:

Shutdown System
All wiring will be rigid conduit and flexible conduit @ the equipment.
All pressure switches and temperature switches will be X-P. Stainless
steel tubing and fittings will be furnished, system testing included.
SKID ASSEMBLEY
Equipment will be mounted on a custom fabricated oilfield, 10”-60# /
Foot-wide flange beam type skid. Interconnecting piping to the pump by
purchaser or advise and we can quote.
DELIVERY:
6 weeks or 12 to 14 weeks ARO
FUEL TANKS
Two 600 gallon Steel Skid Mounted Fuel Tanks with vents and all piping.
Tanks are 2.271 cubic meters on oilfield skid.
