Oilfield Skid-Mounted

This unit will process 880 gallons per minute. It sucks and blows fluid.

Manufactured as a two skid package oilfield fluid kill system, 6' x 8' each

Or, if customer prefers, we can manufacture as a one skid 6' x16'

We manufacture using only standard Detroit, Allison, OPI, SPM and Gardner Denver components. Parts and repair are available anywhere in the world.

This fluid kill unit will manufactured new to customer specifications. Pricing will vary according to manufacture with new or rebuilt / re-manufactured components. Skid will be titled 2005.

The Falcon Fluid Kill System skids or skid hold the engine and transmission, pump system, and intermediate tanks of 10 BBL each.

Assembled they create a 6x16' manufactured fluid kill skid with intermediate tanks.

DETROIT Diesel 8V92TA

This build includes remanufactured Detroit Diesel 8V92TA Silver Engines or new Detroit model. Basic engine rated @ 500 Brake horsepower each.

ALLISON 5-Speed Automatic Transmissions

New or rebuilt HT-750CLT Allison 5 speed automatic transmissions

OPI 500 AWS Triplex Plunger Pump

New or re-manufactured OP1 model 500 AWS 500 horsepower single acting triplex plunger pump or equivilent

Booster Pump

HALCO or equivilent Centrifugal Pump

Controls

Operator Control Panel, manual and automatic shutdown system.

Skid

All components mounted on two 6' x 8' skids or one 6' x 16' skid with heavy duly steel three runner oilfield type skid with loading hitches / Air hooks both ends, headache rack (radiator guard) and diamond floor plating.

Completely assembled, tested and painted in customer's choice of color with industrial enamel.
