Falcon Triplex Pump Skid

RB-81 model 500 4-1/2” x 6" stroke 500 horsepower single acting triplex plunger
pump with high pressure forged steel mono-block fluid cylinder assy. Fitted with 4-1/2” colmonoy plungers, style 1067 (header style) packing arrangement and hardened steel full opening valve assy., 4.68:1 ratio gearbox, 6" suction manifold, 2" 1502 discharge connections, replaceable crosshead slides, clamp connections between plungers and pony rods. Pressure gauge and shear type safety relief valve;

One Detroit model 8V71T industrial power unit (oilfield style) with heavy duty radiator,
heavy duty dry type air cleaner, 12 volt electric start system, mechanical governor, std.
gauge panel (oil pressure, water temp, voltage & tach), primary S, secondary fuel filters,
fan/hub drive assy., mounted on factory sub base. AIlison model 750 automatic transmission
with 1700 series Spicer driveline and driveline safety guard - emergency safety shutdowns for
low oil pressure, low oil level and high water temp.

Heavy-duty 8D battery in locking battery box with cables and connectors
Diesel fuel tank with necessary piping/valves to engine (200 gallon)
Plunger lubrication system with lube oil reservoir, piping and check valves.
Discharge piping from both sides of fluid end with pressure gauge
Barrel counter system, Throttle control
AH mounted on heavy duly steel three runner oilfield type skid with loading hitches
both ends, headache rack (radiator guard) and diamond floor plating - Completely
assembled, tested and painted one color industrial enamel.
