Completely restored and refurbished to current standards.
Current remanufacture year 2004. Original manufacture year 1962.
The pictures are an example of the last rig we sent out the door.
We have two others in remanufacture now. They are available on
a first come first serve basis.
Comments:
Rebuilt to 2004, this 1962 Franks 658 workover rig was completely
redone from the ground up. The two we are rebuilding will be
remanufactured in the same way, taken down to the I-beams and put back together.
It is installed with all new seals, chains, gaskets, bearings, and
drawworks.
This unit has all new brakes, bands, blocks, clutches and all
airlines from front to back.
It has completely new hydraulics, pump lines, and PTO.
Radiator through transmission is completely zero hour with a Detroit
8v71-A developing 330 HP with a 4460 Allison drop transmission.
It has all new walkways, leveling jacks, raising ram and wiring.
The drive train and all the rear ends have been completely rebuilt.
It is sitting on new tires.
Solid, straight and a strong running pulling unit ready to go to
work with tools.
