can
be equipped

shear
bonnets
when
pipe
shearing
is
required.

blocks.
This
assures

T3-Oilco, 44 Gallon, 4 Station, BOP Control System, with ( 1 ) Pneumatic
Remote Panel. Manufactured to T3-Oilco API-Q1, ISO 9001 and as per
customer request and includes the following equipment:
· 1 each - 132 US Gallon, steel fluid reservoir, complete with
baffles, ( 4 ) 4" inspection ports, sight glass, 2" FNPT vent and
mounted on a structural steel roll skid assembly. Note: Tank
Dimensions: 14" width x 60" length x 36" height. Skid Dimensions: 6'
width x 9' length x 7' height.
· 4 each – ( 11 ) gallon, 3,000 PSI WP, 1 1/4" ported separator
( Bladder Type ) TOP load accumulators. The accumulator shell is
manufactured from a single-piece of chrome moly steel and is free from
joints, seams or welds. The top load design permits field repair
without voiding the certification. The vessel meets USCG, API and ASME
Section VIII, Division-I.
· 1 each – 4 1/2” O.D. XXH Accumulator manifold. This is
manufactures with 100% penetration welds for working pressure to 4500
psi. The manifold is equipped with a main isolation valve and a
bleed-off valve and is mounted on the back-side of the main skid
assembly. The Accumulators are Nitrogen pre-charged to 1000 PSI. + / -
10%.
· 1 each - Positive displacement reciprocating Cat 550 Tri-Plex
Plunger Pump ( 5 GPM @ 3,000 PSI) with 1" Suction Line, shut-off valve,
Y-strainer, and 1" x 5,000 PSI discharge check valve with ( 1 )
pulsation dampner, ( 1 ) 3500 PSI. Relief Valve and Sch. #80 piping and
fittings.
· 1 each - Power Belt and sheave drive / guard assembly.
· 1 each - 10 H.P. motor, 480 Volt, 60 HZ, 3 – phase, 1750 rpm.
General service
· 1 each - Electric Pressure switch. ( Adjustable High / Low
Settings ).
· 1 each - Allen Bradley Starter Box Assembly, Size-2, Manual -
Off - Auto positions, with spring return in the manual operation.
· 1 each - 1/2" I.D. ( 3 ) station, hydraulic manifold
· 1 each - 1/2” Sch. #80 Annular Manifold.
· 4 each - 1/2” ( 4 ) Way, stainless steel fitted, Rotary Shear
Seal “SELECTOR” Hydraulic Valves, for all open / close functions.
· 1 each - Blind /Shear Ram Valve Guard Cover, No Lock-out
· 1 each - 3/8” FULL-FLOW, Manual Manifold Regulator, stainless
steel fitted, ( 1 ) 1/2" NPT inlet port, ( 1 ) 1/2" outlet port.
· 1 each - 3/8” FULL-FLOW, Annular Regulator, manually
controlled, stainless steel fitted, ( 1 ) 1/2" NPT inlet port, ( 1 )
1/2" outlet ports.
· 4 each - Air actuators with mounting brackets and all necessary
stainless steel fittings, quick exhaust and plumbing. This allows remote
operation of all Control valves from the Pneumatic Panel.
· 1 each - Pneumatic / Hydraulic Inter-connect Junction Panel
with all stainless steel fittings and tubing for the connection of ( 1 )
hose bundle assembly to the Pneumatic remote control panel. The main air
supply is feed from the main unit to the Remote panel.
· 1 each - 100’ Pneumatic / Hydraulic inter-connect hose bundle
assembly.
· 4 each - 4” liquid filled, panel mount gauges, installed in a
protective panel. ( Accumulator, Manifold, Annular and Rig Air. )
· 2 each – 1/2” X 10,000 PSI. Bleed-Off Valve.
· 1 each – Charging and Gauging assembly kit with top load
extension.
· All piping and fittings are Schedule #80 components.
( 1 ) Pneumatic Remote Panel
· 1 each – 1/4" Pneumatic Master Control ( Hold to Operate )
Valve.
· 4 each – 1/4" Pneumatic Manipulator Valves for all Open / Close
functions, tagged as per customer request.
· 4 each - 2" System pressure indicator gauges, consisting of
Accumulator, Manifold, Annular and Rig Air pressure.
· 1 each - 1/2” Filter, Regulator, Gauge, Lubricator Assembly.
· 1 each - #12 Pneumatic Inter-connect Junction Panel.
· 1 each – Protective Cabinet with BOP stack graphics, name
plates and lifting lug. Sized as per customer request.
· Painted with corrosion resistant ( 2 ) part Paint System
consisting of Epoxy primer coat and Polyurethane Top coat. Color as per
Customer Request.
· 2 each - Operation, Maintenance and Parts Manuals, with all
Conformance Certificates.
· Note: Manufactured with new components only ( Weight: 5,000
lb. )
