Heavy duty Winch mobile chassis constructed of wide flange beam with mast
pivot beam support, front mast support, and front and rear tow plates.

Three steerable front axles, each rated at 20,000# capacity, with rigid
suspension system and six (6) 18:00 x 22.5, 16-Ply tires (H) (9860# load range

Hendrickson suspension system and four (4) 18:00 x 22.5, 16-Ply tires (H) (9860#

Third and fourth axle assemblies with Neway Model ART-500-US air
suspension system for Winch mobile mounting, complete with four (4) 18:00 x
22.5, 16-Ply tires (H) (9860# load range capacity each with 85PSI cold air
pressure).
Disc type wheels on front and rear axles.
Power brakes (air) on all seven axles with spring actuation on two rear
axles.
Hydraulic power steering with one control valve and steering gear with
two hydraulic cylinders.
Lighting system consists of 12 volt tail, clearance, turn and stop
lights.
One set (2) hydraulic non-screw type leveling jacks (10” stroke)
installed under pivot beam support at rear of rig, complete with necessary
piping and control valve.
One set (2) hydraulic screw type leveling jacks (10” stroke) installed
behind front axles, complete with necessary piping and control valve.
One set (2) mechanical screw drop jacks located along vehicle frame in
front of rear axles.
One set (2) drop jacks installed on front bumper.
Right angle rotary drive system with ATD-218 air tube friction clutch.

Bendix Tu-Flo 1000 air compressor (24 CFM) driven from engine.
Power steering pump (13gpm @ 2000 PSI).
Hydraulic system complete with 66 GPM @ 2000 PSI dual hydraulic pump.
Pump is driven from PTO mounted on transmission. Drive system with
flow lines run for hydraulic tong. Control
valve for hydraulic fluid installed at hydraulic control panel position.
Includes 240 gallon hydraulic reservoir. System
provides hydraulics for 1) tubing tongs, 2) raising and lowering mast, 3)
telescoping upper section of mast, 4) leveling jacks, and 5) utility winch.
Allison Model CLT-6061 torqmatic transmission with engine mounted oil
cooler and WABCO (air) shifter controls.

Dual hydraulic raising jack mechanism.
Integral crown with two 36”, three 30” and one 24” steel main
sheaves. All sheaves on roller
bearings and so arranged that the dead line comes down the backside of the mast.
Main sheaves grooved for 1 1/8” wire line.
Racking platform with folding hand rail, guide line eyes and side rakes
having a capacity of 26,000’ 2 7/8” tubing, 21,000” 3 ˝” tubing,
24,000’ 2 7/8” drill pipe. Racking
board is mounted 24’ from bottom of tires for racking doubles on top of 20’
substructure.
Ladder on mast from “Y” base to crown.
Hinged “Y” base with two jackscrews and turnbuckles to adjust mast
angle.
Two 1” load guy lines to rear of crown from “A” frame.
