The specifications below will give you an idea of what can be built. Because all our work is custom built you may have different requirements.
Oil field carriers and drawworks built on location. DOUBLE DRUM DRAWWORKS, 500 HORSEPOWER CAPACITY with a 51,500-lb. single line pull on a bare drum in 1ST gear. ALL DRAWWORKS MEET OR EXCEED original API for design criteria and are engineered to meet a minimum 4:1 safety factor. ALL DRAWWORKS BEARINGS; SEALS AND CHAINS are off-the-shelf items and may be purchased directly from the factory or from parts distributors worldwide. INNOVATIVE DRIVE DESIGN eliminates all live chains, reduces moving parts, and reduces weight. EXCLUSIVE SPOOL DRUM DESIGN reduces drum shaft flex and weight while increasing total strength. Mast Height: 104’ 4 or 6 or 8 lines to block with API CAPACITY of:
4-Lines 245,000 lbs. DRILLING LINE SIZE: 1 in. (25.4 mm.) RACKING BOARD HEIGHT: 55.7 ft. (17 m), 65.7 ft. (19.8 m) RACKING BOARD CAPACITY:

These high pressure pump skids utilize a Gardner Denver PAH pump to customer specifications. Each skid is mounted on a heavy duty steel three runner oilfield type skid with loading hitches both ends, and diamond floor plating.
